Dialogue with the past
To celebrate the 120th anniversary of Maison Delisle, I chose to explore the company's historical archives to extract some "gems".
Ainsi m’est venu l’idée de créer cette pièce théâtrale et surprenante : la lampe Zoo a été réalisée à partir d’éléments de pendules du 18ème siècle.
Dos à dos, le lion et l’éléphant se convoquent majestueusement en duel et semblent surgir de la lampe comme par magie.
Les deux animaux de bronze finement ciselés et patinés nous rappellent avec humour les fables de Jean de La Fontaine
