BABYLON UPON HUDSON
Babylon on Hudson The Babylon lamp is sculpted from parchment and sandblasted oak. Its architectural silhouette borrows from the skyscrapers of great architects, in this case, one of Herzog & de Meuron's latest creations in New York. The interplay of the two materials creates a highly graphic, "cubist" effect that echoes the faceted glass and concrete of this spectacular tower.
